The City of Phoenix Public Transit Department approved a sole-source agreement extension and upgrade with GIRO, Inc. for the HASTUS transit scheduling and dispatch software, with a total cost not to exceed $2,790,000. The professional services and maintenance term will extend by two years starting on or about July 1, 2026, moving the agreement end date to February 9, 2033 to cover the useful life of the upgraded system.
