City, USU Eastern sign heavy equipment training pact

Huntington City entered into a two-year cooperative agreement with Utah State University Eastern to allow heavy equipment and trucking students to train on City-owned property. USU will insure and manage its equipment and students, while the City provides access to property for storage and training activities.
