Ontario City Council authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to approve Amendment No. 2 to the Goods and Services Agreement with Constant Technologies, Inc., of North Kingstown, Rhode Island, for the OPD RTIC and Tl project in the amount of $13,038 for a total not-to-exceed contract amount of $806,743, which includes a previously approved contingency amount of $10,856.
