Group 14 and Ameresco assisted with developing the Phase II Energy Performance Contract (EPC) and the request to extend the EPC Phase 1 energy and water savings of $2.7 million annually. Entering an EPC Phase II will ensure the continuation of EPC related and funding incentives and this will enable the finance of roughly $17 million for capital improvements, of which $12.6 million will be utilized for the window replacement at North Birmingham homes. Several properties will benefit from this funding to repair long standing water leak issues.
