NOACA’s Planning and Programming Committee is asked to recommend amending the Plan and TIP to add Brook Park’s $82.23 million Public Infrastructure Improvements project (PID 125149 CUY IR 071/VAR 08.84). The project, sponsored by the City of Brook Park, would reconstruct ramps, add a new I-71 ramp bridge, build a perimeter roadway, and improve pedestrian access around the proposed stadium development.
