MESSA health coverage provided for administrator

Capac and Memphis Community School District Boards will provide the Special Education Supervisor with health coverage under MESSA Choices Pak A or a comparable plan for the 2026-2027 school year, in compliance with Michigan’s Publicly Funded Health Insurance Contribution Act. The Administrator may alternatively receive a $3,500 payment in lieu of health insurance.
