Tompkins County Awards $111,953 Food Services Contract to Foodnet Meals on Wheels (April 2025)

The total increase for WIN is $35,153, and will go toward COFA's contract with Foodnet during the April 1, 2024, through March 31st, 2025, fiscal year. The funding for the Title III-C Program in the final grant award is $75,386.46 more than the 2024 Budgeted amount. These increases are being made to support congregate meals and home delivered meals to individuals 60 years of age and over within Tompkins County.
