The Traverse City DDA is being asked to approve a $45,000 Local Brownfield Revolving Fund Grant Agreement with the Grand Traverse County Brownfield Redevelopment Authority to fund environmental assessment on the 100 and 200 alley blocks along the river. The one-year agreement will support due diligence for the planned riverwalk and sewer relocation project.
