Metro advances Expo/Crenshaw joint development agreement

Metro plans to enter into a joint development agreement and ground lease with Expo Crenshaw Apartments, LP to build and operate a mixed-use affordable housing project on Metro-owned land at the Expo/Crenshaw Station. Execution of the agreements will follow concurrence from the Federal Transit Administration.
