Alaska Approves 2026 Workers' Comp Rates from NCCI

The Alaska Division of Insurance has approved the 2026 Workers’ Compensation Loss Cost and Assigned Risk Rate Filing submitted by the National Council on Compensation Insurance, Inc. (NCCI). All carriers operating in Alaska must use NCCI's approved rates and rating plans effective January 1, 2026, unless a specific deviation is granted.
