The Fresno Metropolitan Flood Control District is asked to amend Developer Agreement No. 2236(D)-BC-34/BY2-10 with Millrose Properties California, LLC for Tract 6375 to include additional Master Plan storm drain facilities (Contract BY2-15) in Perrin and Minnewawa Avenues at an estimated cost of $22,300. The amendment will update drainage fee credits and reimburse excess construction costs from future drainage fee revenues under the District’s ordinance.
