Description

San Benito High School District is executing a lease-leaseback Facilities Lease with a developer to deliver SBHSD: Projects 25-26 at its Hollister campus, including preconstruction and construction services on a Guaranteed Maximum Price basis. The District will lease back the completed facilities and site, making scheduled lease payments for roughly one year after acceptance, with options to purchase the project under the GMP provisions. Preconstruction compensation is capped at a not-to-exceed amount, which is later rolled into the overall GMP.
