Oakland County’s GLRI RainSmart Rebates project includes a planned subaward of about $225,000 to the Clinton River Watershed Council through December 31, 2027. The council will perform hundreds of homeowner site assessments and install grant-funded green stormwater projects in the Clinton River watershed.
