THE 30-SECOND BRIEF
The Franchise Agreement authorizes exclusive rights to Mike's Rubbish to gather, collect, haul, transport, process and dispose of solid waste generated within the district. The Agreement obligates Mr. Truesdell to abide by all federal, state and local laws. Mr. Truesdell has violated several laws as well as sections of the Franchise agreement.
