City of Riverside Council Meeting Minutes January 6 2026

Riverside’s Successor Agency approved an agreement to sell property to Grapevine for $1,050,000 to facilitate a mixed-use project including 15 percent affordable housing, contingent on a related Disposition and Development Agreement for adjacent Housing Authority property. The Executive Director was authorized to execute the sale agreement.
