Lynch View School to lease land for tower

Qwest Wireless, L.L.C. wants to negotiate a lease for approximately 900 square feet of the playfield at Lynch View School located on the far northwest corner of the property. On this site the company will construct a cellular telephone tower. The proposed tower will be 70 feet tall. In return Qwest will pay the District $1,000 per month plus a three percent (3%) annual escalation for the lease term of 25 years.
