Cardinal Copiers - New Copier Approved

Clerk Treasurer, Jeff Sieber reported that the copier in the office has seen better days and that he contacted Cardinal Copiers for prices on replacing the machine. He had accepted the quote of one particular machine that was very close to the one currently in use, but an option came available purchase one that was 8 months old and a much better copier than the one originally chosen at the cost of only $200 more. Mr. Deel made a motion, seconded by Mr. Robison to purchase the second option.
