East Hampton renews five-year Pixellot streaming agreement

Five (5) complete school years, beginning on the August 1st that follows the Effective Date; continues month-to-month thereafter until terminated with 30 days’ written notice

Initial renewal term is five complete school years starting August 1 following execution. After the 5‑year renewal term, the agreement continues until terminated by either party with 30 days’ written notice and no additional fee. Early termination during the initial 5‑year term requires payment of $2,500 per leased Pixellot; replaced units during the term are treated as leased units under the same conditions.
