Renewal

After the initial term, the agreement continues for a five-year Renewal Term starting August 1 following the Pixellot Activation Date. Either party may terminate with at least 30 days' written notice any time after the third complete academic year of the Renewal Term; if the School terminates early, it owes an early termination fee of $2,500 per Pixellot System.
