School Renews Five-Year Pixellot Streaming Agreement

Early Termination Fee of $2,500 per Leased Pixellot

Five (5) complete school years beginning on the August 1 that follows the Effective Date, then continuing until terminated

Agreement renews and supersedes prior Pixellot agreements, setting a five-year renewal term starting August 1 following the Effective Date, after which it becomes evergreen until either party terminates with at least 30 days’ written notice. Early termination by the school during the renewal term triggers a $2,500 fee per leased Pixellot, but no fee applies to termination after the five-year renewal term. PlayOn may terminate and remove leased units for uncured school breach or inactivity; the school may terminate for uncured PlayOn breach without an early termination fee. Replacements of any Pixellot system during the renewal term are treated as leased units under this agreement.
