Addendum extends the Prior Agreement’s term by three complete school years starting August 1 following the Pixellot Activation Date for the additional systems, replacing the original Term of Contract clause. Upon execution, all terms and conditions of the Prior Agreement apply to the additional units, with the Addendum governing in case of any conflict.
