Renewal

Initial renewal term covers one full district school year beginning on the August 1 following 2026-07-24. Agreement automatically renews for up to four successive one-year terms unless the district provides at least 60 days written notice of non-renewal before the end of the then-current term. PlayOn may terminate and remove leased Pixellot units if the district breaches and fails to cure within 60 days or fails to create any content from a leased unit in a nine-month period.
