EHUFSD to Provide School Lunches to Springs UFSD

$4.82 per meal, minimum 10 meals per day, additional meals at $4.82 per meal, plus applicable sales tax

Commences first day of school September 2026 and terminates not later than June 30, 2027 (not to exceed 180 days), with option for additional one-year extensions upon Board approval

Agreement may be extended for additional one-year periods subject to prior approval of both Boards of Education. Meal rate may be increased with at least 30 days written notice, but SUFSD will not be charged more per meal than EHUFSD students for the equivalent meal plus sales tax.
