Initial term from September 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027 with the ability to extend for additional one-year periods upon prior approval by both Boards of Education. Either party may terminate with 30 days’ written notice; upon termination Springs School must pay all sums due for services rendered up to the effective termination date.
