Winter Park’s TAB is asked on July 20, 2026 to endorse KCA’s feasibility finding that the full 6.2-mile Heritage Market Trail is not viable and to instead focus on Denning Trail, Tennis Center Trail, and Morse Boulevard Greenway from the Transportation Master Plan. The study quantified ROW needs, parcel impacts, and roughly $4.1 million for 2 miles of shared-use path plus $14.7–$16.0 million for two bridge options. Trail, bridge, and active transportation consultants and designers can engage staff on scoping, phasing, funding strategies, and detailed design for these preferred trail corridors.
