ICTC approved forwarding the Eleventh Extension of its MOU with the Quechan Indian Tribe to continue YCAT Turquoise Route #10 and Blue Route #5 service between Yuma, Winterhaven, eastern Imperial County, and El Centro. The agreement runs from July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027 with a subsidy not to exceed $259,924.95.
