ICTC plans to extend its MOU with the Quechan Indian Tribe and YCIPTA for another year to operate YCAT Turquoise Route #10 and Blue Route #5, backed by a combined subsidy not to exceed $242,350.02. The agreement supports regional and tribal-area bus service from July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026.
