The Imperial County Transportation Commission approved the eleventh extension of its MOU with the Yuma County Intergovernmental Public Transportation Authority to continue YCAT Turquoise Route #10 and Blue Route #5 service between Yuma, Winterhaven, El Centro, and eastern Imperial County. ICTC will provide a subsidy not to exceed $259,924.95 for the period July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027.
