The Imperial County Transportation Commission renewed its Memorandum of Understanding with the Quechan Indian Tribe to support ongoing YCAT Turquoise Route #10 and Blue Route #5 bus services linking Yuma, Winterhaven, El Centro, and eastern Imperial County. The agreement, effective July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027, includes a shared subsidy not to exceed $259,924.95.
