ICTC approved the eleventh extension to its MOU with the Quechan Indian Tribe to continue operating the YCAT Turquoise #10 and Blue #5 bus routes between Yuma, Winterhaven, eastern Imperial County, and El Centro. The agreement runs from July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027 with a not-to-exceed subsidy of $259,924.95 shared with YCIPTA.
