Description

Yamhill County and the Oregon Department of Environmental Quality entered into an intergovernmental agreement for administration, permitting, inspection, and enforcement of onsite wastewater treatment systems in the county through December 31, 2035. The County will collect DEQ surcharges, share application fee revenue, and may reimburse DEQ for emergency technical support.
