Description

Yamhill County Health and Human Services plans to approve Amendment #9 to its Provider Services Agreement with Yamhill Community Care Organization effective July 1, 2026. The amendment adds $45,535.17 to support Lutheran Community Services school-based mental health outpatient services and updates Exhibit A compensation through December 31, 2026. This continues and enhances behavioral health funding under the existing CCO contract.
