Transit IGA Extends Grand Ronde Fixed Route Service

Yamhill County Transit and the Confederated Tribes of Grand Ronde are entering an intergovernmental agreement for fixed-route bus service between Willamina and Grand Ronde through June 30, 2030. The Tribe will reimburse YCT based on the contracted provider’s hourly rate, capped annually per Exhibit A, with rates beginning at $96.55 per hour in FY 2025/26. The agreement formalizes continued transit access for the Grand Ronde community Monday through Saturday.
