Milwaukie is implementing an intergovernmental agreement with the Confederated Tribes of Grand Ronde to design and construct three art plinths at Milwaukie Bay Park for seasonal public art. The first group of heron sculptures, installed in April 2026, marks the initial activation of the new plinths.
