Original agreement dated June 1, 2020, previously amended effective July 25, 2023 (First Amendment) and September 30, 2023 (Second Amendment). This Third Amendment renews participation for federal fiscal years 2027–2029, extends applicability through September 30, 2029, and specifies that the agreement will not automatically renew beyond FFY 2029 without HUD permission. The agreement remains in effect until all FFY 2021–2029 funds are expended or a fully executed replacement agreement is in place.
