Novato Extends HUD Cooperation Agreement Through 2029

The City/Town of Novato approved a Third Amendment to its Community Development Block Grant and HOME Cooperation Agreement with Marin County, extending participation through federal fiscal year 2029 and aligning the Agreement with HUD’s updated CPD-26-08 requirements. Novato remains a cooperating jurisdiction under the County’s urban county designation and continues as a CDBG subrecipient subject to 24 CFR 570.503 written agreements.
