Initial term three (3) years from governing board approvals, plus up to four (4) additional one‑year terms via Appendix A renewals; Appendix A example term Fall 2026 – Spring 2027

Initial three‑year term beginning upon approval by both governing boards, followed by automatic one‑year renewals for each academic year in which the parties jointly complete and execute Appendix A, for up to four additional terms. Agreement automatically terminates if the parties cannot agree on Appendix A for a subsequent year. Either party may terminate with written notice three months prior to the start of SCJCD’s next semester.
