Initial term three (3) years from board approvals, with up to four (4) additional one‑year terms via Appendix A renewals

Initial three‑year term automatically renews for each academic year in which both parties complete and execute Appendix A, for up to four (4) additional terms. If the parties cannot agree to Appendix A terms for a year, the CCAP Agreement automatically terminates. Either party may terminate with written notice at least three months before the start of SCJCD’s next semester.
