Initial term three (3) years beginning upon governing board approvals, with up to four (4) additional one‑year terms via Appendix A renewals

Initial three‑year term beginning upon governing board approval; thereafter, the CCAP automatically renews for each academic year that Appendix A is jointly completed and executed, for up to four (4) additional academic-year terms. Either party may terminate with written notice at least three months before the start of SCJCD’s next semester; failure to agree on Appendix A for a given year causes automatic termination.
