Initial term three (3) years from board approvals, with up to four (4) additional one‑year academic terms via Appendix A renewals

Initial three‑year term automatically renews for each academic year that the parties jointly complete and execute Appendix A, for up to four (4) additional academic terms. Either party may terminate with written notice at least three months prior to the start of SCJCD’s next semester. Annual course offerings, locations, and related details are updated through Appendix A.
