Initial term runs August 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027 and automatically terminates on June 30, 2027 unless extended in writing by both parties. PIC may terminate early with 30 days' notice if Pre-K Counts funding is insufficient, reduced by more than 10%, or if program needs change, and occupancy may convert to month-to-month only if a new MOU is not executed and the District permits continued use.
