Initial term August 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027; automatically renews for the next academic year on the same terms unless either party provides written notice of termination at least 30 days prior to June 30 of the then-current term. If PIC continues occupancy without a new MOU after term end, the agreement converts to month-to-month. PIC may terminate on 30 days’ notice if funding is insufficient or program needs change, and the District may terminate following required notices for compliance, repair, or casualty issues.
