August 1, 2026 – June 30, 2027; automatically renews for subsequent academic years unless either party gives 30 days’ written notice before June 30

Initial term August 1, 2026 – June 30, 2027, automatically renews for the next academic year on the same terms unless either party gives written notice of termination at least 30 days prior to June 30 of the then-current term. If PIC continues to occupy after the surrender date without a new MOU, the agreement converts to a month-to-month term. PIC may terminate early with 30 days’ notice if program funding is insufficient or program needs change.
