Penn Hills leases space to PIC for Pre-K Counts

$18,000 per term, payable in nine (9) equal monthly installments of $2,000

MOU term runs August 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027 and automatically terminates on June 30, 2027 unless an extension is agreed to in writing by both parties. If PIC continues to occupy the premises without a new MOU, the agreement converts to a month-to-month term. PIC may terminate on 30 days' notice if Pre-K Counts funding is insufficient or reduced by more than 10%, or if program needs change; the District may terminate for noncompliance, substantial repair needs, or PIC default with specified notice periods.
