Initial term August 1, 2026 – July 31, 2027; automatic one-year renewals commencing August 1 and ending July 31 unless terminated with 60 days’ written notice or if funding is not provided

Agreement automatically renews for successive one-year terms (August 1 – July 31) unless CSC or Parkland provides 60 days’ written notice on or before July 31. Either party may terminate with 30 days’ notice if Pre-K Counts funding is not provided or if the parties cannot agree on amendments required by new Commonwealth laws, and may terminate immediately for cause for non-performance, inadequate performance, or material breach.
