Parkland Extends Vending Contract With Canteen Through 2028

Parkland School District executed Amendment Number One with Compass Group USA, Inc.’s Canteen Division to extend its vending services agreement through June 30, 2028 with two additional one-year renewal options. The amendment updates product pricing and commission terms and adds extra vending machines, including discounted, non-commissioned machines at the Food Services Building.

Initial Term runs from August 1, 2021 to June 30, 2028. After the Initial Term, the agreement automatically renews for two additional one-year Renewal Terms unless terminated by either party at the end of the Initial Term or any Renewal Term with thirty (30) days written notice. Either party may also terminate for uncured breach after thirty (30) days’ notice.
