One (1) year from Effective Date, with up to five (5) automatic one-year renewals

Initial one-year term from Effective Date with automatic renewal for additional one-year terms, not to exceed five additional terms, unless either party terminates with 60 days’ written notice. Existing student placements may be completed unless termination is for cause related to student misconduct.
