Agreement runs 8/1/2026–7/31/2027 and will be reviewed annually; may be amended only in writing, though additional or relocated classrooms may be added without formal amendment. CSC must maintain liability insurance of at least $1 million, name the District as additional insured, and provide certificates within 10 days of execution and upon each renewal; policy may not be reduced, canceled, or non-renewed during the term without replacement or tail coverage.
