Five (5) years from effective date (date of last signature), unless earlier terminated with 120 days’ written notice

Initial term is five years from execution; either party may terminate for any reason with 120 days’ written notice or for substantial breach. Agreement may be modified only in writing with the same formality as the original, and the University will review the agreement annually for possible adjustments and amendments. Students enrolled at the time of termination may complete their registered classes under the agreement’s terms.
