Wilson Area SD Awards Insurance Contract to Psba Insurance (July 2026)

$4.50 per Employee annually, subject to change per year, plus possible 15% administrative fee on the annual charge per Employee for late audit/late payment

July 1, 2026 – June 30, 2027, renewing year-to-year with 90 days’ written notice unless terminated

Initial term runs July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027. Agreement automatically renews for successive one-year terms on the same terms and conditions, subject to any agreed amendments and any increase in the annual charge per Employee, unless either party gives at least 90 days’ written notice prior to the end of the then-current term. PSBA Insurance may terminate on 30 days’ notice for nonperformance or nonpayment, immediately for misrepresentation or fraud, and may terminate the overall Program on 90 days’ notice.
